Sho-Ban Tribes General Welfare Distribution June 1

FORT HALL — The Shoshone-Bannock Tribes 46th General Welfare Distribution has been set for Monday, June 1, 2026 when enrolled tribal members with the Shoshone-Bannock Tribes as of May 1, 2026 will receive a General Welfare Distribution check.

General Welfare Distribution checks will be mailed out to those tribal members who don’t have direct deposit. Please be mindful and allow time for the mail to go through the mailing process.

Also, keep in mind the checks for minors need to be cashed by June 30, 2026.

All minor checks not cashed by that date will be voided and sent to the minors Trust Account.

General welfare distribution checks are only valid for 30 days.

Note: Complete direct deposit forms received by May 1, 2026, will be honored for payment method, for future General Welfare distributions
