FHBC Resolution Transmittal for May 13, 2009

In accordance with those stipulations, regarding resolutions and ordinances, as set forth in the Constitution and Bylaws of the Shoshone-Bannock Tribes, listed below is a description of resolutions enacted by the Business Council of the Shoshone-Bannock Tribes, during the Special Meeting of May 13, 2009.
BSET-09-0452 Ratification of Regular Enterprise Board resolutions dated April 21, 2009.
GAME-09-0453 Approved the Tribal and Wildlife Department to sell the remaining 25 Non-member Season Permits.
PRSL-09-0454 Approved the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) contract. ENVR-09-0455 Approved ARM Manager Bill Snapp to serve as the Tribal Representative to the Tribal Pesticide Program Council (TPPC).
THHS-09-0456 Approved the By-laws of the Medical-Professional Staff of the Fort Hall Indian Health Service and Shoshone-Bannock Tribal Health and Human Services.
FINC-09-0457 Approved to accept Gold's Gym of Pocatello "Option B" proposal to subsidize the sign-up of 100 Tribal employees, and to pay one-half of enrollment fees for Tribal employees who desire to participate in the family plan offered by Gold's Gym. Furthermore, the Finance Department is authorized to process automatic payroll deductions for employee monthly dues.
PRSL-09-0458 Approved modification to the Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual, Section 1270 Nepotism.
FINC-09-0459 Approved a Gaming Per Capita distribution on July 1, 2009 for all enrolled members of the Shoshone-Bannock Tribes, in accordance to the Gaming Revenue Distribution Plan.
FINC-09-0460 Approved a Facilities Management Work Order Request submitted by Tribal member, Bodie Broncho, subject to the stipulations.
FINC-09-0461 Approved the Buffalo Lodge Sundance Committee to receive a monetary donation to provide for expenses associated with the 2009 Buffalo Lodge Sundance, as scheduled for the dates of July 31, 2009 to August 3, 2009. FHBC-09-0462 Approved to support the Northwest Tribal Horse Coalition in their efforts to develop solutions addressing the over population of horses impacting tribal natural resources.
