You are required turn in all supporting documents on the following: Tribal Enrollment (I.D.), Valid Driver’s License, Educational Attainment, Professional Certification, Veteran’s Preference an Honorable Discharge (DD214), All other Indian tribal members please submit the following: Certificate of Indian Blood (C.I.B.) from your tribe or from the Bureau of Indian Affairs. And/or other relevant documents to be eligible for the position you are applying for. INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL BE SCREENED OUT.
