REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

This formal Request For Proposal is being issued to all Shoshone-Bannock TERO certified firms, including Indian, minority, woman, & small businesses, and local vendors, per Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance TERO-08-S1, effective January 2008. Your response to this invitation is requested within 18 days of the date of this mailing. Your bid received at Building 52, Environmental Waste Management Program by 5:00 pm, on March 31, 2010 shall constitute your intent to bid. Responsive bids should accompany evidence sufficient to establish your firm’s technical competence (certifications, credentials, licenses, past work history, etc.).
The Environmental Waste Management Program, Shoshone Bannock Tribes seeks the following: Provide services for website development and hosting for the Environmental Waste Management Program, Brownfields grant.
Update the website on a monthly basis, with information provided by the EWMP for upload. Provide assistance to the EWMP as necessary to access or retrieve information?
Will provide written documentation to the Environmental Waste Management Program if any problems arise immediately.
Ensure EWMP is provided with all information necessary to access the website including any passwords relating to website or other relevant information. Provider will be responsible held accountable for payment of accounts in timely manner and shall not at anytime let the host account become in default contractor will be required to notify the program within 24 hours if issues arise with the site, and the site is inaccessible.
You will need to provide a W-9 and business license from the Tax Department if awarded Contract from the Shoshone Bannock Tribes and may be subject to TERO fees.
Bids are due on March 31, 2010 at 5:00 pm and can be either faxed, mailed or hand delivered to Environmental Waste Management Program, Building 52, PO Box 306, Fort Hall, Idaho 83203 FAX (208) 478-3909. Your bid and accompanying documents must be received by the specified deadline.
Please be advised that the Tribal Business License Act, Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance and Land Use Ordinance are in effect on the Fort Hall Indian Reservation. These are tribal laws and shall be enforced by the Shoshone-Bannock Tribes in all business transaction, employment, contracting, and land use regulation on the Reservation.
